Margaret Glover began her career in regional and off-Broadway theatre before moving to London and a decade in UK television, where she script edited and produced a range of programming, including award-winning adaptations and original children’s series. For eight years she taught screenwriting and producing at the London Film School, where she also oversaw the running of Creative Skillset-funded Hothouse atelier for feature film development and the delivery of all MA grad films from 2008-13.

Margaret has led workshops for Women in Film & Television, Gulbenkian Foundation (Lisbon), and EU Media-funded Low-Budget Film Forum and Adapt4Cinema. She has also served as a consultant for éQuinoxe and EKRAN.  In addition to her script editing and teaching, Margaret has also co-written several screenplays with directors in the UK, Europe and India, including Shadows in the Sun, which won best screenplay at Houston Worldfest in 2009. More recent feature credits include Jamie Chambers’ Blackbird, nominated for the Michael Powell Award and selected for ‘Best of the Fest’, Edinburgh 2013, and Ali Jaberansari’s Falling Leaves, which premiered at Montreal International Film Festival 2013 and won Federico Fellini Award for best international newcomer at the Tiburon International Film Festival 2914. Margaret is currently co-writing a screenplay with director Ivo Ferreira and in development as a producer on two low-budget features.
