Sarah Savitt
Sarah Savitt is the Publisher of Virago and previously held editorial positions at Faber & Faber and Headline. She has also worked for two literary agencies, David Godwin Associates and Abner Stein. Authors she currently works with at Virago include Monica Ali, Stella Duffy, Deborah Frances-White, Caroline O’Donoghue, Chibundu Onzuo, Sigrid Nunez and Sonia Purnell. She has taught editing at Arvon, Faber Academy and Guardian Masterclasses. Born in Canada, she grew up in America and now lives in London with her family.
