Terms and Conditions

  1. Arvon’s standard Terms and Conditions for Residential Courses and Arvon at Home courses apply to writers taking part in the Arvon Screenwriting Programme. 
  2. You must ensure you can attend the specific courses on the dates given. Course transfers are not permitted.  
  3. Travel expenses will be reimbursed via BACS on submission of receipts. Arvon’s contribution towards other expenses will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, but Arvon aims to ensure that no personal expense incurred should restrict a participant from taking part fully in this programme. 
  4. Participants must attend an online welcome meeting in January 2027.  
  5. It is a condition of the Arvon Screenwriting Programme that participants must complete the required evaluation reports – including a baseline report at the beginning of the programme, a mid-point evaluation and a final report.   
  6. Due to the expected volume of applications, we will be unable to provide individualised feedback to unsuccessful applicants.    
  7. Your data is stored in accordance with Arvon’s Privacy Policy.
