What is drama? Why do we enjoy it? What defines it? What does it require? This workshop is perfect for anyone who is looking to get to grips with the basics of writing for TV, Screen or Theatre. Playwright, theatre director and screenwriter Jess Swale explains what characterises drama as a genre, and gives you the tools to build your own piece of dramatic writing.

This workshop is roughly 1.5 hours long including time to write.
