By working in partnership with a wide range of organisations Arvon is able to support a host of innovative projects, from football themed residentials to year long mentorships. Below are some of the projects Arvon have been a part of.

JERWOOD / ARVON MENTORING PROGRAMME

The Jerwood/Arvon Mentoring Programme is a unique writer development scheme that offers nine emerging writers a year of one-to-one mentoring from an established writer working in either Fiction, Playwriting or Poetry.

Arvon, the Open University, and the University of Exeter worked together on this two year research project exploring how teachers working with professional writers might change how they teach writing and improve outcomes in writing for the children they teach.
