For the second year Arvon is pleased to present The Gillian Hush Award for writers of radio drama. The winner of the award will receive a free place on the Writing for Radio course taking place in November at The Hurst, with tutors Simon Brett and Shelley Silas.
The award is given in honour of the late Gillian Hush who was one of the BBC’s most distinguished and appreciated radio producers and was a generous supporter of Arvon.
To apply for this fully funded place please download a grant pack here, complete it requesting the full course fee (£700) and mark it with ‘Gillian Hush Award’.
The closing date for applications is 13th October 2014.
