Andrew Michael Hurley is a short story writer and the author of three novels: Starve Acre (2019), Devil’s Day (2017) and The Loney (2015), which won the Costa First Novel award in 2016. Devil’s Day was joint winner of the 2018 Royal Society of Literature Encore Award for Best Second Novel.
