Open the body, calm the mind
Ehireme Omoaka, known professionally as Native, is a Massage Therapist, Poet, and Creative Writing and Drama Practitioner whose work is rooted in fostering calm and clarity. Guided by the mantra “be your best self so that you can face whatever the day throws at you,” Ehireme encourages others to embrace self-compassion and resilience. His thoughtful approach invites you to discover your own sense of balance and well-being through creative expression. Massage therapy is a huge passion of his and he really does see it as an art form. Qualified in Relexology, Aromatherapy and body massage, he believes touch therapy should be seen as a necessity rather than luxury.
As a facilitator and author, Ehireme recently released the poetry collection Points of Contact, which explores the significance of accepting challenging experiences without letting them define you. The book tenderly addresses themes of parenthood, family dynamics, and race, offering readers space for reflection and self-acceptance.
Through his travels across the country, Ehireme has delivered mindful wellness packages and arts workshops to a wide variety of individuals, both within community and corporate settings. His dedication to nurturing creativity and emotional well-being has touched many, inviting participants to connect with themselves and each other in meaningful ways.
