Elaine Patterson

Elaine Patterson is one half of the award winning PattersonPrenticeDesigns creative partnership, along with Karyn Prentice. They are internationally accredited Executive Coaches, Coaching Supervisors, Creatives, Teachers and Writers and design uniquely creative reflective workshops and retreats in beautiful places across the world. Her work is grounded in 30 years of senior leadership and corporate experience, in rigorous relational, systemic and psychological training, in mindfulness, in original research and love of the arts, nature, poetry and Nordic walking. Elaine’s book – ‘Reflect to Create! The Dance of Reflection for Creative Leadership, Professional Practice and Supervision’ – is a holstic philosophy and manifesto for creative living and working.
