Leah Salm

Leah Salm is a yoga teacher, facilitator, and researcher whose work explores the relationship between body, mind, and the natural world. Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, and embodied approaches to yoga, she blends fluid, playful movement with slower, more reflective practices. In Leah’s sessions, you are offered a sacred pause from the pace of daily life. Through movement, breath, and guided meditation, she creates space for gentle self-inquiry, softness and rest.

Alongside her teaching, Leah is completing a PhD exploring relationships between food, biodiversity, and community. This ecological perspective quietly shapes her approach, with practices that reflect natural rhythms and our connection to the wider living world.

Based in Brighton, Leah has facilitated workshops and retreats across the UK, Ireland, and internationally, creating supportive spaces for movement, reflection, and rest.
