Sam Jordison is a publisher, author, journalist and teacher. He is the co-director of the award-winning Galley Beggar Press, where he has worked with many prize-winning writers including Lucy Ellmann, Alex Pheby, Selby Wynn Schwartz and Eimear McBride.
He is the author of several non-fiction books including the best-selling Crap Towns series and Literary London, a guide to the history of writers and publishing in the UK capital co-written with Eloise Millar.
He is a journalist who has written about books and publishing for The Times, the Guardian, the Times Literary Supplement and the Independent, among many others.
Sam also teaches a course on publishing at the University of Greenwich and runs a successful monthly online book discussion hub with Galley Beggar.
