Black Poets Masterclass: African Poets, Part 2
With Dzifa Benson
In this Masterclass with award-winning producer Carol Harding, you’ll find out how you can work with a producer to give your script the best shot at production. There will be writing exercises along the way: to help you think clearly about your project and how to create a compelling pitch that will engage producers and financiers, whilst retaining the heart of what you are writing about. You will come away with an understanding of the role of a producer, from script editing to selling your work, and a road map for getting the best from this important relationship.
The Masterclass will be delivered via Zoom webinar, so you can take the session at your own pace, without the pressure of having your video or camera on. Sessions are also recorded, so if you are unable to attend live, you will have access to the recording for a month afterwards.
As part of our effort to increase participation in the arts, a limited number of half-price concessions are available for this course at checkout. There are a limited number of free subsidised places for those who cannot afford the concession price.
