Masterclass: Bringing the Landscape to Life
New ways to think about place

A good writer will always have a plan, but what if the plan isn’t working? Might you be prepared to throw it away/put it to one side and improvise? Over the course of this generative and interactive writing day, journalist, artist, writer and master of improvisation, JP Flintoff will share his creative tools with you. JP has published 7 books, has written for and edited the Financial Times and Sunday Times magazines and is also an artist and a performer.

Our one-day courses are aimed at anyone who is currently, or would like to begin, writing. They are often attended by:
All sessions of the day are delivered live via Zoom meetings, with the option of cameras off or on. We strongly encourage you to participate in the live sessions, but if you find yourself unable to attend on the day it will be possible to watch the recordings of each session at any time over the course of the following month.
