Ever wondered what it would be like to write from a calmer, more relaxed state? This retreat combines plenty of thinking and writing time to make progress on your project, combined with twice-daily optional yoga and meditation classes to help balance your mind and body.
The sessions, designed especially for writers, include yoga sequences to counteract long hours of deskwork; breathing and meditation techniques for focus and concentration; and guided relaxation to help you tap into your creative unconscious to advance your writing here at the retreat. Lucy’s gentle approach is suitable for all levels of experience and physical fitness, including complete beginners.
