Supercharge your non-fiction project
Monday August 12th - Thursday August 15th 2019
Turning real-life experiences and factual elements into a compelling story is one of the challenges faced by non-fiction writers. What to use – and what to leave out? How to incorporate the small details to encompass a wider theme? How do you weave the necessary facts into a pacey story without getting bogged down? If you have a Non-Fiction project in progress and you are keen to supercharge your writing in a dynamic community of writers with two highly experienced tutors then this is the opportunity you need.
This short course is aimed at writers who need a very focused experience. You will receive an hour’s worth of tutorials, 2 masterclasses, an evening hearing your tutors read and a chance to share your work. You will also have the time and space to write in the beautiful setting of The Hurst. After you have booked, you are invited to submit up to 1500 words and/or a one page synopsis outlining project for the tutors to read in advance, to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 12th July.
Single room price: £560
