Masterclass: Nature Writing
Writing the wild
Join multi-award-winning screenwriter Andrea Gibb as she shares some of her ideas on what is essential to storytelling for television. Whether you’re adapting source material or generating an original screenplay, there are several vital elements to developing a script for the small screen. You’ll learn about inventing a compelling world for your story, creating believable characters, the art of writing strong dialogue and how to explore structure.
This Masterclass is suitable for anyone who has some experience of writing for the screen and is looking for a fresh injection of inspiration and new ways to approach their work.
The Masterclass will be delivered via Zoom webinar, so you can take the session at your own pace, without the pressure of having your video or camera on. Sessions are also recorded so if you are unable to attend live, you will have access to the recording for a month afterwards.
